Mileage Pay
Paid at 92.25 cents per mile, by PC Miler, all dispatched miles.
Moves 1-50 loaded miles add 12 cents to base rate.
Moves 51-100 loaded miles add 8 cents to base rate.
Moves 101-125 loaded miles add 4 cents to base rate.
Rates increase at 1 cent per year of service (up to 4 years)
Weekend Incentive:
All drivers working during designated weekend hours add 3 cents
to base rate.
Note: All Short Haul
and Weekend rates paid over and above current rate and cap.
Pick up and Drop Pay
A. $25 after first pick up or drop
B. Store transfers, minimum $25 or mileage whichever is greater
Load and Unload Pay
Paid at $10 per hour starting at the time of actual loading or unloading
(up to a maximum of 10 hours)
(Must follow established procedures)
Detention Pay
A. NTB will pay for excessive waiting time within the requirements
for the job
B. Waiting time of 1/2 to 2 hours as established by Schedule A of
Owner Operator Contract then NTB pays $10 per hour (max of 10 hours)

City Work
Paid at $10 per hour when working within a 35 mile radius of an
NTB terminal.
(Must meet established criteria)
Breakdown Pay
A. For mechanical problems on trailer only
B. Cannot be the fault of O/O
C. $10 per hour (10 hour max)
