A Time to Give Thanks

This year, we have all been met with unique challenges we never expected to face in our lifetimes. At NTB, when we reflect on 2020, we realize just how much we have to be thankful for. We have a community of leaders, from our mechanics to our office staff, dispatchers to drivers, and our clients as well. We are extremely grateful. We couldn’t be whole with one individual, as we are a sum of our parts. Likewise, the sum wouldn’t be complete without each and every individual. You are all vital to our success.

In a year that started out to be seemingly normal, it quickly became apparent that 2020 would in no way be business as usual. Keeping store shelves stocked with essential items is always our goal and we have been able to continue in our part even in this unprecedented time.

To Our Dispatchers, Mechanics, Drivers, and Office Staff

We thank you for making sure our fleet of trucks is always moving and providing our customers with the excellent service they have grown to expect. You are all essential to our greater communities and you have stepped up to the plate without hesitation. We are beyond grateful for all that you do.

To Our Customers

We thank you for entrusting us with the goods that our communities rely on. As we roll into a new season, we are grateful for your loyalty to NTB. Our promise to you is that we will continue to work hard to meet the needs of those we serve.

To Other Essential Workers

This letter of thanks would not be complete without a word to those who provide the services not directly related to our business of moving freight.

We thank the healthcare workers, those who care for children, and the educators. We are grateful to those who provide and maintain key utility services, to the retail workers, and to the plumbers, electricians, and construction crews. We are thankful for the helpers, those who provide charitable services, and to the food producers.

This year, while tough, has highlighted just how much you all do to keep us all moving and we are grateful.

Looking Ahead

As we continue to move forward, we can see that there is light at the end of the tunnel. We have faith that the future holds great things for all. So, in this time of thanks, our hearts are full and

our spirits lifted as we enter the winter season. We wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving!
