NTB Appreciates Their Drivers!
In honor of National Truck Driver Appreciation Week, NTB is taking the time to honor the dedication of our drivers. Truck driving is one of the most demanding and important jobs. Our drivers deliver goods safely, on-time, and securely every day.
This week, over 3.5 million truck drivers come together to take pride in what they accomplish. A new industry-wide movement, Trucking Moves America Forward, has been created to celebrate truck drivers and educate the public on the importance of moving freight.
Trucking is essential to a strong national and global economy. When the trucks stop moving, the country stops moving. Many people do not realize how important truck driving is until severe weather conditions prevent the delivery of everyday goods. However, this week is designed to spread awareness of the importance of the trucking industry, as well as recognize drivers for their hard work.
