Ice Mountain selected the NTB team as the Midwest Customer Service Department of the year. The announcement was made during the March 2012 Nestle Water Carrier Conference and an award was presented to, Matt Tawney, NTB’s Director of Customer Service and Sales. Thank you to the team leadership and the Customer Service Representatives that work together to make this happen.
