NTB Working with Meijer Across the Midwest
On Sunday, May 11, Meijer opened their new Distribution Facility in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. NTB pulled one of the first deliveries from this DC to Meijer store 247 in Urbana, Illinois. NTB is supporting Meijer by providing transportation services inbound from, as well as outbound to, stores. We are excited to continue to grow our partnership with Meijer as they expand their footprint into new markets.
In addition to this, Meijer celebrated the opening of their 207th store on Tuesday, May 13 in Plainfield, Indiana. NTB is the dedicated carrier for Meijer responsible for all deliveries to this store from Meijer DC's. During the Grand Opening time period, NTB will have an on-site driver representative supporting the stores backroom needs and helping to coordinate the dock area.
