Seeking Drivers in Wisconsin to Accommodate New Growth

NTB is currently seeking drivers in response to rapid growth we are experiencing with the expansion of services to Meijer, opening new opportunities for driving professionals.

NTB is a service provider for Meijer, which operates supercenters and grocery stores throughout Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, and soon Wisconsin.

“Meijer is expanding in the Kenosha, WI, area next spring which means we need to start hiring drivers now to be ready. We’re hiring CDL-A drivers with their hazmat endorsement in all of the states Meijer operates,” says Dale Arnold, NTB recruiting retention manager. “These are very attractive regional runs for drivers with excellent home time.”

Established in 1974, NTB offers drivers competitive weekly pay, per diem reimbursement, affordable health insurance, and a 401(k) retirement program with a 10% match, among other advantages.

“This is a growing, stable customer with outstanding freight,” Arnold says. “Drivers on this account get mostly drop & hook freight on a regional run so you’re not getting into all that traffic on the East or West coast.”

As a pioneer of the “one-stop shopping” concept, Meijer stores include expanded fresh produce and meat departments, as well as pharmacies, comprehensive electronics departments, garden centers and apparel offerings.

A respected and successful truckload carrier in the Midwest and surrounding regions, NTB is committed to offering consistent, high-quality service while building lasting relationships with customers and partners.

“I encourage all qualified drivers who have been looking for steady, driver-friendly freight with regional runs that guarantee to get you home weekly, to contact us at NTB," says Arnold. “Our reputation for treating drivers with great respect and fairness is well-earned.”
