Winter Truck Maintenance
Winter preparation is in full swing in our maintenance department. NTB performs a winter system check on our equipment to minimize the probability of vehicle issues in the cold weather and during challenging road conditions.
The goal is keep our drivers warm and functional through the harshness of winter. There is a multi-point check in both summer and winter, which include the cleaning and inspection of the battery cables, battery testing, component function testing and the repair of anything that is not functioning appropriately, fuel heater inspection.
This is an intensive review and can result in extensive repair lists. Our goal is to have these completed by November 1. Be aware that if we discover any issues, we will be repairing these items at that time.
