Guaranteed Time Off Means More Family Time
Here at NTB, we pride ourselves on making a positive environment to work at, and compensating our truck drivers for their hard work. One of the biggest bonuses of working for our company is our guaranteed home time. Family time is important, and we want to help anyway we can.
We provide all truck drivers with the same guaranteed two days at home per week, which means 104 total days per year. That means you have an extra 48 hours to do whatever makes you happy, whether it is some extra reading, spending time with the kids, or going to a movie with your significant other.
Take advantage of those 2 days, especially now that it is finally warmer out. Spend some time outside relaxing with your loved ones this summer!
