Adding More Flavor to Your OTR Meals!

While NTB always recommends that you eat healthy on the road, we understand that sometimes you just can’t help it. You are on a time crunch and need to grab a quick slice of pizza or a burger, hop back in the truck, and head to your next stop.

However, that does not mean you have to settle with bland food just because you are on the go! For those times days where you can’t eat as healthy as you like and are forced to make a pit stop at a fast food joint, consider adding a little more flavor to your food with a simple solution.

You can stock your sleeper with dipping sauces for when you are in a pinch and have to settle for some gas station pizza. Now, you’ll be prepared to spice up your meal the next time you have to grab a quick bite to eat.

Sauces can easily take your dish from bland to flavorful in a quick and convenient manner! Consider trying something new besides the traditional barbeque, ketchup, or ranch. There are many new flavorful sauces today, like spicy honey or sriracha, to give your food an added kick it needs!

Even if you have the time to eat a healthy meal in your truck, having sauces stocked up can also help add a little flavor to those meals too!
